NEWS RELEASE
TILFEN LAND BEGINS WORK ON PHASE 1 OF VERIDION PARK DEVELOPMENT
Tilfen Land has started construction of phase one of Veridion Park at Erith in south-east London.
The development will provide three speculative business/production units able to accommodate requirements of between 8,202 sq.ft and 24,833 sq.ft when completed in November 2009.
The new units will be located immediately adjacent to the London Borough of Bexley’s £8m Thames Innovation Centre, and the regional distribution centre of the Musgrave Group (Budgens and Londis). Key design features of the development include the attractive glass and timber panelled elevations, and mezzanine level comfort-cooled offices occupying circa 15 per cent of the total floor area.
Tilfen Land development manager, Duncan Ford, commented:
“These architectural measures will help ensure that the development blends in with the high quality landscaped surroundings, making for a pleasant and unique business environment in the southern Thames Gateway region. We are already encouraged by the level of enquiries to date”.
Veridion Park will ultimately provide up to 680,000 sq.ft of light industrial, warehouse, office and research and development accommodation within a landscaped setting of 67 acres.
